This Refund Policy applies to license purchases for Transcribe2Text, a downloadable product that provides offline audio transcription on your own device.

No Refunds for License Purchases

All Transcribe2Text license purchases are non-refundable. Once a license has been purchased, Transcribe2Text does not provide refunds for that purchase.

Trial License

A trial license is available so customers can evaluate Transcribe2Text before purchasing a license. Customers should use the trial license to determine whether the product meets their needs before completing a purchase.
